By downloading, installing, or using Block Blast Online ("the Game", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet these eligibility requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including account suspension, banning, and reporting to law enforcement if necessary.
All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, music, text, gameplay mechanics, user interface designs, and software code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
If the Game allows you to submit content (such as usernames, leaderboard names, or other user-visible content), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Game. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third party's rights.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us for In-App Purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50 USD), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Block Blast Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the Game from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.
The Game may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as ad networks, analytics providers, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your interactions with such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Body], except where prohibited by law. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Block Blast Online regarding the use of the Game and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the Game or on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Game after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
